Coffee Crew - Returns Policy

We will not unreasonably refuse a refund. Coffee Crew adheres to the rules and regulations of the South African Consumer Protection Act.

If you paid by credit card, we will process refunds directly into the credit card account you used to pay with. All other payments will be refunded via the original payment method used.

Since our products are primarily consumable products (coffees and teas) we will assess whether a refund is possible at the time of request by inspecting:

Coffee Crew may require up to 14 days to complete the refund process before the refund will reflect.

  • Purchase time and date (expiry date controls).
  • Photo of packaging (if damaged during shipping).
  • Order number (to confirm that you purchased the product through us).
  • Other information we may request from time to time depending on circumstance.
